Welcome to Twinly: The AI Digital Atelier. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services. By using Twinly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts and Registration
You may need to create an account to access some of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Credits and Subscriptions
Twinly operates on a credit-based economy. Credits are consumed for generating AI images and videos.
- Free Credits: Users may receive limited free daily credits.
- Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or specified in our "Atomic Refund" policy for failed system generations.
- Expiration: Some credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of award or purchase.
3. AI Generations, Data Transmission & Content
Twinly provides digital studio tools to generate virtual fashion try-on images and motion videos using secure enterprise AI service providers (including Google Cloud Vertex AI models gemini-3.1-flash-image and veo-3.1-fast-generate-001, and Nano Banana AI Services).
- Third-Party AI Data Processing: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, user-uploaded model photos, garment images, and text prompts are transmitted securely to third-party AI service providers strictly after obtaining your explicit in-app consent. Third-party AI providers process data ephemerally to execute generation requests and do not use your media or prompts to train public AI models.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the original images you upload. You are granted a broad license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Twinly to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to deepfakes intended to deceive or harm individuals. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You may report violations or abusive behavior via in-app tools or by directly contacting our support team.
- Technical Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain hallucinations or technical inaccuracies. Twinly does not guarantee the visual perfection or realism of every generation.
4. Intellectual Property
The Twinly application, including its design (Monochrome Atelier theme, Liquid Glass components), branding, and proprietary algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Twinly.
5. Account Deletion & Termination
You have the right to terminate your account at any time:
- In-App Account Deletion: You may initiate and complete full account deletion directly within the Twinly app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion permanently erases your account profile, uploaded model photos, wardrobe items, generated looks, and credit balance.
- Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, infringes upon intellectual property, or is harmful to other users or third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
