1. Accounts and Registration
You may need to create an account to access some of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Credits and Subscriptions
Twinly operates on a credit-based economy. Credits are consumed for generating AI images and videos.
- Free Credits: Users may receive limited free daily credits.
- Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or specified in our "Atomic Refund" policy for failed system generations.
- Expiration: Some credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of award or purchase.
3. AI Generations and Content
Twinly provides tools to generate content using third-party AI models (Nano Banana, Google Veo).
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the original images you upload. You are granted a broad license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Twinly to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to deepfakes intended to deceive or harm individuals. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You may report violations or abusive behavior via in-app tools or by directly contacting our support team.
- Technical Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain hallucinations or technical inaccuracies. Twinly does not guarantee the visual perfection or realism of every generation.
4. Intellectual Property
The Twinly application, including its design (Electric Obsidian theme, Liquid Glass components), branding, and proprietary algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Twinly.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
