• Account Information: When you sign in (e.g., using Google or Apple), we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
• User-Uploaded Media & Content: Human model photos, garment images, apparel items, and textual styling prompts you upload or submit to create virtual try-on images and motion videos.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app, such as the features you use, generation history, and credit activity.
• Device Information: Information such as your device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers to optimize performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• To provide, maintain, and render our AI virtual try-on and video motion generation features.
• To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions securely.
• To personalize your atelier experience and optimize generation workflows.
• To analyze app performance, prevent fraud, and resolve technical issues.
• To communicate with you regarding updates, support, or security alerts.

3. Third-Party AI Processing & Sharing

To deliver virtual try-on images and motion videos, Twinly shares user-uploaded photos (model and garment images) and styling text prompts with secure third-party AI service providers. We adhere strictly to Apple App Store privacy standards and ensure the following safeguards:

• Data Shared: Uploaded human model photos, garment/apparel images, and textual styling prompts.
• Identified AI Service Providers: Data is processed using Google Cloud Vertex AI (utilizing Google Gemini models gemini-3.1-flash-image for virtual try-on rendering and Google Veo models veo-3.1-fast-generate-001 for motion video generation) and Nano Banana AI Services.
• Explicit User Permission: Personal data is transmitted to third-party AI services only after we disclose what data is sent, who it is sent to, and obtain your explicit permission in-app before photo uploading or generation initiation.
• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted to third-party AI processors is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.
• Equal Data Protection & Safeguards: We confirm that all third-party AI providers used by Twinly provide equal or greater privacy protection. User photos and prompts are processed strictly to execute rendering requests, are never sold, are never shared with advertisers or data brokers, and are never used to train public or foundational AI models.

4. Face Data & Biometric Information

Twinly may analyze facial region coordinates in user-uploaded images solely to preserve facial identity and correctly align virtual garments during model rendering.

• Collection: Bounding box coordinates and image pixels from user-provided photos.
• Usage: Strictly to render accurate virtual try-on images and motion videos.
• Sharing: Face data is never shared with third-party data brokers, advertisers, or used for biometric identification.
• Storage & Retention: Raw model images and generated looks are retained in encrypted cloud storage for as long as you maintain your account. You may delete your photos, garments, and generated looks at any time in-app, or perform full account deletion to permanently purge all data from our servers.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with:

• AI & Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Google Cloud Vertex AI, Nano Banana AI Services, and Firebase (Google Cloud platform).
• In-App Payment Processors: RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play Billing for processing subscriptions and credit purchases.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process to protect user safety or legal rights.

6. Data Security and Safeguards

We implement robust, multi-layered security measures, including Firebase App Check, encrypted database rules, and TLS-encrypted network transmissions, to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

7. Account Deletion & Your Data Rights

You have full control over your personal data. Twinly provides direct in-app account deletion functionality:

• In-App Account Deletion: You can initiate and complete permanent account deletion directly inside the Twinly app by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• Data Erasure Effect: Confirming account deletion permanently and irreversibly purges your account credentials, user profile, uploaded model photos, wardrobe items, generated looks, and credit balances from Firestore databases and Cloud Storage buckets.
• Email Request: If you cannot access the app, you may also request complete account deletion by emailing support@twinlyfit.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
