Terms of Service for Split Game

Welcome to Split Game! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Split Game mobile application ("the App") provided by Twinly ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or playing Split Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.

1. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install a copy of Split Game on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You Agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its virtual assets.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Split Game offers optional in-app purchases ("Virtual Goods"), including virtual coins, cosmetic skins, and entitlement passes (such as "Pro Remove Ads").

• Billing: Purchases are billed through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. Prices are subject to change.
• Non-Refundable: Except as required by applicable law or store policy, all virtual goods and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Ownership: Virtual goods (coins, skins) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for fiat currency.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Split Game—including software code, art assets, animations, sound effects, user interfaces, branding, logos, and game design—are the exclusive property of Twinly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct & Leaderboards

When participating in global leaderboards via Google Play Games or Apple Game Center:

• You agree not to submit fraudulent or manipulated high scores.
• We reserve the right to remove cheated high scores or ban abusive accounts from global leaderboards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Split Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, error-free, or securely at all times.
• Defects will be corrected immediately.
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use Split Game.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
